Context
Healthcare in Canada is inherently dry and on top of that, the category is bound by countless laws. As a result, striking a balance between creativity and what’s allowed becomes a real challenge. Despite all the limitations of local regulations, we wanted to make sure we made ads that stepped out of the typical pharma mould.
Brief
Cimzia, a drug for many Rheumatoid diseases wanted to remind the doctors and specialists that when they prescribe Cimzia, their patients get Cimzia and not a biosimilar. As Cimzia has no biosimilars. we used this unique data feature to drive sales over the market leader, Humira.
Result
The client was over the moon. The campaign won an internal competition held by the parent company. This allowed for increased budget and the initial concept was extended digitally. The results were overwhelming that the client personally emailed us their appreciation.
